"Guowei is a very kind and dedicated doggie owner. Really puts in his best effort to take good care of the doggies under his care. He handled our young puppy very well and could tell our baby had a great time at his homestay with his new friend Bebin! Very good communication and responsive with us as well, even gave advice and tips for us which we appreciate as we are new doggie owners. Highly recommend!

"Adella & Bastien are very thoughtful and caring dog sitters! My beloved furkid had some adjustment issue being new to home boarding and they are so patient and tender towards him, helping him to adjust and hence he could settle down so well! He came home well & happy! They are also very accepting towards my furkid as they have experience handling dogs who might show aggression. Adella makes lots of efforts to keep me posted with regular updates, photos and videos every day to assure me that my furkid was settling down so that I could have a peace of mind while away :)… they are really great :) and i strongly recommend them :) and I will surely send my furkid to them when i travel again:). "Entrust my sometimes aggressive mongrel Miso in Xiuqing’s care and it was the best decision ever hehe was constantly sent updates on walkies, meal times and photos of her with other fluffies as well!
Always had trouble finding a sitter I could trust fully and who could take good care of Miso as she’s quite a character but felt so relieved and could enjoy my holiday without having to worry about whether my pup was homesick and feeling lonely but nope! She was enjoying time with Xiuqing and her lovely family - super grateful and definitely recommend Xiuqing’s services to anyone! "

"Thank you for the wonderful home away from home!
It was the first time for my dog to be away from home ever in his life. I was nervous and I couldn’t show that to my kids as they were freaking out and worried if something bad might happen to him.
When we met Evangelyn, all that went away in sn instant. We were relived and reassured. She was friendly and understanding of our worries and super sweet to our dog. I knew immediately my dog would be in good hands!
Indeed for one month in summer, Evangelyn took care of my dog like her own. She communicated with pictures and comments. She took my dog out, and had so fun together! She was more than just a boarder for my dog but my dogs caretaker and a friend!
If my dog could talk I’m sure he would say he loved being with Evangelyn. I’m 110% sure this won’t be the last time I’ll be sending my dog to her.

"Jessica took wonderful care of my 15 year old cat, Guinness, while we were away for 9 days this September. As a senior cat, Guinness had quite a number of quirks that we have been accommodating over the past few years to make his daily life comfortable, and Jessica was more than willing to understand his needs and tailor the daily routine to make Guinness's stay comfortable.
I contacted Jessica earlier in year to share more about Guinness's needs, and some of the problems he occasionally encounters such as gobbling up his food too quickly which results in him throwing it up. Through our pre-boarding conversation with Jessica, it was clear that she is an experienced cat caregiver and through her questions and suggestions, we felt that Guinness would be happy and safe under her care. The environment was spacious, clean and definitely designed with cats' needs and their safety in mind.
This September, we were able to go away with peace of mind, knowing that Guinness was being well taken care of. During our trip, Jessica kept me up to date with Guinness's well being and informed me when anything needed my attention - with a cat his age, I really appreciated that.
Our experience with Jessica has been overwhelmingly positive for both our cat and us, and we will be boarding Guinness with Jessica again at the end of the year!
We highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy cat-boarder, and wants the assurance that their cat is well taken care of in a safe, engaging and comfortable place.

"Lynne took great care of Royce during his 1 week stay with her. She shared daily photos and updates on feeding, walks timings etc and my dog was very relaxed and well taken care of by her. Her attention to detail and level of cleanliness is top notch.
