"As a new user of Pawshake, I was hesitant on who I should hire. I saw that Faith had a few recurring owners so I took a chance. I got in touch with her 3 days before I was due to leave for a 11 day holiday. As any pet owner would feel, I was worried as I did not know Faith personally and leaving the house and the care of your loving cat was a big risk. But the risk paid off well. She could accomodate my last minute booking, able to meet up with me the day I was suppose to leave and understood all that she needed to do to take good care of my cat. She gave daily posts and videos, some even with her cat whisperer daughter. See my cat is super shy but her daughter and my cat became BFFs LOL! So for future pet owners, you can trust Faith to do a good job in making sure your cat is well taken care off. She also watered my plants as well. For sure I will be using her services in the future. Thanks Faith (and daughter)."

"This is my first time engaging a pet sitter. Usually I send my cats to boarding, but my travel arrangements changed last minute. I contacted Jerlyn after reading her profile and reviews. I need a sitter who can come twice a day and comfortable in administering oral medications. In the initial communication, I gave Jerlyn the background on my cats and outlined things that are important to me. Jerlyn addressed all my concerns and after exchanging several messages she came over for a meet and greet. I felt assured after our meeting that Jerlyn will be able to look after my cats, in particular administering oral medications. Jerlyn sent updates on the cats’ food intake, litter boxes, and meds together with videos and photos in each visit. After a few days my cats (who are scared of strangers) started warming up to her and she spent some time to give them cuddles and play with them, which I appreciate. I also had to extend my travel and was grateful that Jerlyn was flexible enough to accept my extension. Highly recommended and will look to engage Jerlyn again for my next travel. "

"We just shifted to Sengkang and we are looking for a good pet sitter for our dogs. Someone that we can trust to take good care of them when we are away. We came across Abby's profile and read her good reviews. So we decided to give it a go.
Abby came over before we left and took note of every details. She was very vigilant with our furkids. Mocha is under medication and we have to ensure that she doesn't miss both oral medicines and cream application. Abby did a really good job with Mocha. Abby came over on time, took pictures of all tasks done and even took some time to play with our furkids. She is friendly and a dog lover. Most importantly, she is a very clean person! We came home to two very happy dogs and that's the best way to end our holidays!"

"May is by far the BEST cat sitter we have ever had, taking care of our three cats over a 10 day period. She communicated often and took fantastic care of our cats. She managed to bond with all three - one is notoriously difficult to bond with and she cracked him! What's more, we came home and our cats were happy and in good spirits which proves how kindly she treated them. May will now be our default sitter and we cant wait to have her back. ♥️♥️♥️"

"My 2 cats can be a bit temperamental when being fed by new people but Taz & Gizmo took to her quickly. Jaime is a great cat sitter and super friendly. She kept me up to date with photos of them eating and of them playing after each visit, which was great. She was also super helpful when the power went out and asked her to check my electrics and she went above and beyond!! Would highly recommend Jaime, we'll definitely book her again in the future!"

"June and Woon were absolutely wonderful cat sitters for our two kittens who have not been left alone before. They very clearly loved our cats - and cats in general - and were very tailored in their treatment of our kittens. They were extremely flexible and accommodating in their schedule and cat sitting hours. It was a huge comfort for us to know that the cats were in such loving and capable hands while we traveled. "Pamela is an emphatic and experienced pet sitter. She was very kind and loving to my elderly cat of 18 years. Her years of experience with nursing and caring for animals clearly showed in the way she was able to give my cat sub-cut injections and oral medications. In addition, Pamela was very understanding when we had to cut our trip short and did not need her service for the stipulated period, and even advised that we communicate this to Paw Shake so that we pay only for the service rendered. We are so grateful to have found Pamela and will definitely like for her to care for our cat again in future. Thank you so much for the good job."
