"Cecilia is really awesome towards the furkids and had absolutely taken good care of my dog during my short vacation trip. She is knowledgeable about furkids (especially dogs). My dog felt so comfortable with her as well as other dogs during the stay. "Big thank you to Celeste for taking such good care of my 9mo beagle!
Her attention to detail and level of cleanliness is top notch.
She walks the puppy for 3-4km twice a day and does a wipe down every walk and meal.
She’s also very patient and accommodating to my schedule and the puppy’s requirement.
Will be back and the puppy is blessed to be cared by such a lovely human being. Thank you!"

"Clarabel is thoughtful and meticulous when she took care of my dog, Jojo, for 4 nights. She sent timely updates about Jojo, like how she’s playing with her dog, Miso, and how was Jojo eating, sleeping etc. She is an experienced dog owner and hence also took great care of Jojo. She gave us some of her kibbles for Jojo to try as Jojo really liked them. She also prepped meals for Jojo when she didn’t feel like having the dinner we prepared for her beforehand. Overall, Clarabel is a conscientious trustable sitter! :) "

"Jessica took wonderful care of my 15 year old cat, Guinness, while we were away for 9 days this September. As a senior cat, Guinness had quite a number of quirks that we have been accommodating over the past few years to make his daily life comfortable, and Jessica was more than willing to understand his needs and tailor the daily routine to make Guinness's stay comfortable.
I contacted Jessica earlier in year to share more about Guinness's needs, and some of the problems he occasionally encounters such as gobbling up his food too quickly which results in him throwing it up. Through our pre-boarding conversation with Jessica, it was clear that she is an experienced cat caregiver and through her questions and suggestions, we felt that Guinness would be happy and safe under her care. The environment was spacious, clean and definitely designed with cats' needs and their safety in mind.
This September, we were able to go away with peace of mind, knowing that Guinness was being well taken care of. During our trip, Jessica kept me up to date with Guinness's well being and informed me when anything needed my attention - with a cat his age, I really appreciated that.
Our experience with Jessica has been overwhelmingly positive for both our cat and us, and we will be boarding Guinness with Jessica again at the end of the year!
We highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy cat-boarder, and wants the assurance that their cat is well taken care of in a safe, engaging and comfortable place.

"Aileen is the best pet sitter we could ever ask for! She knows how to handle our anxious dog well and also shared with us alot of updates with pictures and videos of our dog everyday when we were overseas, which gave us the much needed reassurance. She really bonded well with our dog since Day 1 and we could tell he was happy spending time with her - going on walks, play time, and doing all the sniff/nose work with the toys she has at home. Would definitely reach out to her again in the future and I highly recommend Aileen to any pet owners out there 😊😊"

"Our dog Olaf is the only ‘furkid’ we have at home so we are worry about her being able to get along with resident dog while we are away. Our mind was immediately put to ease when we met Yuko & Coconut. Yuko is a caring and loving dog lover who is organise and pay attention to details. Coconut is a friendly and kind dog who is the most ideal ‘play paw’ for Olaf. Olaf had a great staycation bonding with Yuko, her family and Coconut. "We had a wonderful boarding experience with Kyler. It was the first time sending our 5 month old Cavapoo Leah for dog boarding and we were very concerned. It turned out Leah had an awesome time and was very well taken care. Kyler sent over photos several times a day and we could see Leah was having a great time there.
