Hello! I'm Megan (you can call me meg).
I have 2 cheeky Singapore Specials and 1 young naughty Domestic Medium Hair cat. My own lil' rascals have taught me so much over the years on how to handle animals in a positive and effective manner. I'm also a trained Veterinary Technician, and was in the industry for 3 years before switching to a cooperate job (weeps). I've also been regularly volunteering at an animal shelter since i was 16!!!
Throughout my career as. Vet Tech, i've handled many cats and dogs and am proficient in skills such as restraining, feeding medication, basic grooming and other general husbandry duties! I was also exposed and trained to care for critically ill patients, and to perform emergency care and support for such patients. My interest in Veterinary Medicine is in Anaesthesia and Surgical Assistance.
Of course we want all our fur babies to be genius well behaved lil' things. So I will do my due diligence in correcting their behaviour through positive reinforcement & gentle handling. I hope I can provide a stress free environment for your pet, and do always let me know your preferred handling methods to provide a seamless experience for your pet(s).
A walk with me would last 30-45 minutes, depending on your pup's needs and your expectations. Of course ample rest time depending on weather conditions will happen and I'll do my very best to allow your doggo to be mentally & physically stimulated through their time with me. Do let me know if your lil' one(s) have any quirky habits!
A typical visit to your place to will include general husbandry like maintaining cleanliness and many play & snuggle (if your pet likes it) time!! Please let me know if you are monitoring any sort of behaviour or health issue so I can keep track!
I look forward to meeting your pet and I’m sure we’ll have a great time together! (:
