"Truly a lifesaver. I'd vetted through profiles from Pawshake and Petbacker (which was confusing to me). I also had a flight in 2 days and couldn't find someone reliable that fit our profile - thank god Pat was available.
As it was our first time engaging a pet sitter, she was super accommodating and understanding, and arranged for a meet and greet the night before. We went through the kitties' quirks and feeding schedules, and she took careful notes on what her sequence should be like when she comes over too.
My favourite part was getting pic and vid updates on their food, poop and also super cute pics of the kitties. We could tell they were well taken care of and in good hands, as the kitties were always posing for their pics w bellies up for her hahaha.
One thing to commend on was her genuine concern for the cats. As one of our cats has a heart condition, Pat stayed around and made sure she ate, despite Mira being fussy with food, and her having to wait around a bit more for her food to defrost.
When we came back, the kitties were calm and chill. No separation anxieties or behaviours out of the norm. I attributed that largely to her calming and loving presence w the kitties. Thank you Pat for looking after them like they're your own <3

"June and Woon were absolutely wonderful cat sitters for our two kittens who have not been left alone before. They very clearly loved our cats - and cats in general - and were very tailored in their treatment of our kittens. They were extremely flexible and accommodating in their schedule and cat sitting hours. It was a huge comfort for us to know that the cats were in such loving and capable hands while we traveled. Can't say enough good things about these cat sitter extraordinaires!"

"Yukiko-san was a wonderful and caring cat sitter, she took care my cat with kindness, I see she even brushed the cat (we did not tell her to do so, but she saw the cat has a lot of fur fall and send me a message to check before doing that), she tried different ways to play with the cat and encouraged her to exercise. "Was looking for a sitter urgently as wife / myself were out of town and our toy poodle Peanut had a sudden medical situation which required daily feeding of various medication (which mother in law could not quite handle). Ben & Kim were very responsive, and readily agreed to take this on despite the short notice. Very conscientious sitters- attentive to details, great with communication (kept us up to update after each visit) and were very responsive to Peanut's needs during the entire engagement. Will be sure to reach out when we travel, and am looking forward to working with you again soon. "

"Jonathan was an immense help during my recent trip overseas in taking care of my cat Kobe. He is meticulous, responsible, assuring, and most importantly of all he genuinely cares for my cat! He brought his own treats to give Kobe and accommodated my last minute late night request. Also appreciated that he sent pictures and videos. He got along with my usually shy cat very well! "Having Hykell over to care for our 2 pets while we were travelling was a great experience for us.
Although it was his first time on Pawshake he was superb!
He made us feel comfortable when we met with him before our travel and it was reassuring to know that Hykell understands Cats and their behaviour well since he has more than a few of his own : )
While we were away travelling Hykell would share multiple videos, pictures, also got into difficult spots where our cats hide while video-calling us which helped us be at peace knowing that they were doing fine.
During one of his visits, our cat had messed up the area outside the littler box.
Hykell was kind enough to clean up the whole space. He did beyond what was expected of him. He was thoughtful to water our plants and cleaned up our entire home so we could arrive at a clean house. All this without us asking for it.
Would love to get Hykell to sit our cats again in the future and highly recommend his services to others so they can have an equally good experience.

"Isabel came over for a meet and greet in advance, so that I could explain instructions in person and get to know her. During the week, she kept me updated with photos of my dogs during her visits and arrival/departure times, which was very helpful. She brought toys for my dog to play with as well. Will book again!"

She asked relevant questions that turned out to be of great help in preparation of the checklists on the caregiving. Dione paid attention to every details that was given to her. "Pearlyn is a very reliable and responsible cat sitter!!
She provided regular and consistent picture and video reports of my cat Miru while I was overseas and was prompt in her updates and follow ups whenever I have questions to ask about Miru.
She gave Miru lots of cuddles, play time and enrichment time. Though Miru is a cat who has her own quirks and may need more time to open up, she quickly found her way into Miru's heart. To keep Miru engaged, she also left kick toys hidden in the room to provide Miru with some enrichment stimulation when she is not around.
She also went the extra mile of ensuring my room is returned back to its original state before I came back vacuuming and cleaning up fur from bedsheet.
I know for sure that my cat will be well taken care of should I go overseas again and need to engage her to help with cat sitting. "
