"Geraldine is a godsend! I went on a trip for almost a month during mid December to mid January (approx.). I was very nervous about this trip because I have never been away for so long from my 3 fur babies (all cats). Right from the first meet and greet session, Geraldine impressed me as a responsible and knowledgeable pet sitter who gets along naturally with animals. While I was away, she took care of my cats as if they were her own. She even spoiled them more rotten than I’ve ever had with heaps of treats, playtime, pets and snuggles, which is much much needed and appreciated when I couldn’t do it myself. She remembered all my cats’ preferences of treats and toys by heart and made sure that they’re well taken care of and happy. She quickly won over the hearts (and tummies) of my 2 more sociable cats and became their new bestie. As for my super shy (and anti social) one, Geraldine took the time to gave her treats and tried to play with her in her hiding places (under the bed and store room shelves). My cute but anti social girl eventually came out to eat while Geraldine was around (but I’m quite sure she was “looking away” at that moment -haha). Animals are much more instinctive than human and they know who they can trust. Judging from the response of my 3 fur babies, I’m sure I’ve found the right person for them! In all her visits, she sent me heaps of photos and videos of my cats, which I always watched with both a smile on my face and tears in my eyes, knowing that they were happy and loved in my absence. Geraldine is an amazing pet sitter whom I’ll highly recommend to all of you here. She will always be our (me and fur babies) most preferred and only pet sitter!!"

"You can stop your search for a sitter because Isabel is the BEST pet sitter ever! She is my go-to cat sitter, and I have had her cat sit for all my trips since June 2023. She is extremely reliable and trustworthy. In fact, I trust her more than I trust my own friends or neighbours when it comes to cat sitting. She ensures the well-being and safety of my cat Salem. She is very meticulous and also very kind and takes the initiative to tidy up my place and make sure my house is in order even though she doesn’t have to! She updates me everyday with videos and photos on WhatsApp and I don’t even have to check my home camera app. She has a flexible schedule but I let her come anytime she wants, and I let her keep my house key - that’s how much I trust her. Whenever I have any last minute business trips, she is a lifesaver!"

"Yukiko-san was a wonderful and caring cat sitter, she took care my cat with kindness, I see she even brushed the cat (we did not tell her to do so, but she saw the cat has a lot of fur fall and send me a message to check before doing that), she tried different ways to play with the cat and encouraged her to exercise. "had wanching to help my family take care of our 3 cats for 5 days. she took the effort to visit us before our trip, to get to know the cats (unfortunately they were abit shy) and also to know where things were, the cats' food, drink etc. she took good care of the cats, came promptly every day, and took the time to play with the cats. they slowly warmed up to her. to put us at east, she took photos and videos daily to let us know how the cats were doing. will engage her again for our next family trip :)"

"Lyra is an amazing sitter. She is very communicative, kind, responsible, and sensible. This was the first time I left my two cats alone for more than 2 weeks. Initially, I was very worried, but after a few days, I felt completely at ease because I knew Lyra was taking very good care of my babies. My older one is a very shy cat. He came out of his cave after one week, and I could see he was very happy to be around Lyra. My little one is a cheeky and playful cat and he totally loved Lyra from day 1.
Lyra had made sure my cats were happy and she paid attention to their different personalities. She also sent me daily photos and videos and answered my questions. "Having Hykell over to care for our 2 pets while we were travelling was a great experience for us.
Although it was his first time on Pawshake he was superb!
He made us feel comfortable when we met with him before our travel and it was reassuring to know that Hykell understands Cats and their behaviour well since he has more than a few of his own : )
While we were away travelling Hykell would share multiple videos, pictures, also got into difficult spots where our cats hide while video-calling us which helped us be at peace knowing that they were doing fine.
During one of his visits, our cat had messed up the area outside the littler box.
Hykell was kind enough to clean up the whole space. He did beyond what was expected of him. He was thoughtful to water our plants and cleaned up our entire home so we could arrive at a clean house. All this without us asking for it.
Would love to get Hykell to sit our cats again in the future and highly recommend his services to others so they can have an equally good experience.

"Erica was accomodating and really good with my pup. She met me and Zeus the evening before to understand a bit more and to get acquainted with Zeus. She took care of him when I was away and made extra effort to brush him, cleaned his ears and applied medication for him. Definitely will recommend Erica! "
