Who we are

Hello everyone! We are Zayne and Wanshi, and we have been doing dog boarding for 3 years since 2021, started by looking after friends and family's dogs. Until we decided that we absolutely love dogs too much that we have adopted 2 furkids of our own right now. 

As fellow pawrents, we completely understand how much you will miss your dogs when you are away, worried about their routine, meals, walks or even potty! We will provide daily updates that will consume much of your mobile roaming data, so please bulk up on that if you want to be constantly updated throughout the day!

Our responsibilities

As experienced dog boarders, we have set up a daily routine to constantly engage your doggies throughout their whole stay! We not only just provide a safe and comfortable sleeping environment, we strive to provide the best your furkid can get through the whole day. Check out our daily schedule below:

8 to 9am: Morning pack walk & breakfast (Weekend dog runs if schedule/weather permits)

9-10am: Play time (Either indoor or outdoor)

10-11am: Morning nap

11am-1pm: Enrichment puzzles / Basic obedience training

1-3pm: Brushing and massage

3-5pm: Afternoon nap

530-630pm: Evening pack walk

630-7pm: Dinner

730-9pm: Indoor play time

10pm: Dental chews & lights out

While abovementioned schedule is ideal, pawrents may feel free to inform us if they have their preferred meal times to follow so as not to disrupt your dog's routine. While we try our best to follow this schedule, it may be subject to changes at any time without advanced notice to the pawrents.

Behaviour Assessment & Separation of Dogs

We will conduct a behaviour assessment of all dogs upon arrival to determine their suitability for group play and off-leash activities. We reserve the right to separate dogs at any time if we believe it is necessary for their safety or the safety of other dogs.

Client's responsibilities

The Client must provide accurate and up-to-date information about their dog, including name, weight, breed, age, gender, sterilisation status, food allergies, vaccination records, and medical history. The Client is responsible for providing any necessary medications or special dietary requirements. The Client must highlight to us any behavioural issues or special needs their dog may have. For dogs exhibiting reactive behaviours, a mandatory home visit is required prior to booking to assess suitability for our services. The Client warrants that their dog is licensed and up-to-date on all required vaccinations as mandated by local regulations. 

Dog's size and occupancy

Due to the small size of our 2 Poms, we are afraid we only accept small dogs into our Pawcation. We usually accept a max of up to 6 dogs at any one time with exceptions to be made based on the cohesive energy and behaviour of the whole pack. 

Peak Season

Rates are different during peak festive seasons and weekends. If you intend to engage with us during those periods, please do drop us a message to understand our prices.

Optional value added services

Optional services such as food provision ($3), bathing ($25), transport (varies on distance) or specified training(s) are available at an additional charge, subjected to availability.

Photography:

We may take photographs or videos of your dog while in our care for promotional or marketing purposes. By securing the booking, you grant us permission to use these images or videos for such purposes.
