Grevy (in a better place 🌈)

Grevy is my first ever pet who managed to change my perception about cats (indeed they can be very affectionate too :)). Thanks to her I was able to spend 14 years of wonderful life with a perfect companion who was always by my side when I needed some love 🩷🥰 and affection.

Diagnosed with Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD) when she was only 6-months-old, I was determined to give her the best life possible and I did! She lived way longer than the average lifespan of 7 years for those with similar diagnosis.

Grevy loved sleeping on my lap whenever I put my legs up on the coffee table to chill. Like all cat owners I refrained from moving though my legs were getting pins and needles - just so she could have an uninterrupted nap. Our bond was super strong.

Sadly Grevy left me in Dec 2021. But I'm pretty sure she is now in a better place. 🤍💜
