"We had Cynthia to house sit our 2 senior dogs for 4 nights. Her calm nature was felt by our Chihuahuas and they bonded with her almost immediately. Cynthia provided us with timely updates and sent us photos and videos of our pups daily. It gave us great relief to know that our kids were in good hands and well taken cared when we were away. She is punctual, accommodating, responsible and followed instructions well and was able to accommodate one of our special need senior dog with her medication on a daily basis. The state of our home was well kept when we returned too.
Cynthia did an amazing job with our dogs and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely love her to care for our pups again. Thank you very much Cynthia!"

"I came across Sarah’s profile by accident and decided to just contact her and see how it goes to catsit my 4 cats. Best decision ever! For someone so young, she has a special affinity with cats and more than makes up for the lack of experience in catsitting. She loves them and they love her. My cats simply adored her. She knows how to assure them, play with them and in a very short time, she’s learned all their quirks and behaviours and adapt accordingly. I had no behavioral issues from any of my 4 cats since I got back 2 weeks ago unlike my previous trip with a different sitter. My orange cat adapted quickly to having me around again. I totally trust Sarah to care for my cats as well as I do. I could not recommend Sarah enough so I’ll just say that I’ve booked her again for December even before I came back!"

"I recently hired Sarah to care for my two cats, Mew Mew and Sesame, for a full week, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! From our initial meeting to the daily updates, she demonstrated professionalism, care, and a genuine love for animals.
Communication: Sarah was fantastic in keeping me updated throughout the week. She sent daily photos and messages, which reassured me that my cats were happy and well taken care of.
Care for Mew Mew and Sesame: It was clear from the start that she understood cat behavior and needs. She spent time playing with Sesame, who loves her feather toys, and provided Mew Mew with the quiet space she prefers. "I'll start this review by simply saying, I cannot recommended Ally highly enough! I know that's a statement I'll come to regret when she gets so popular that I'll never be able to book her again, but a fantastic job and deserves a great review.
My wife and I bought tickets to the Singapore GP months before we expected to get a pup. As the weekend drew nearer we were considering missing the race to take care of our new family member. Fortunately though, that's when I discovered pawshake and met Ally. After a brief meet N greet we felt confident in her ability to trust her with our little man, so we booked her and I have absolutely no regrets whatsoever. Ally was punctual, friendly, and loving towards our dog. Though it might feel odd to leave your home in the hands of someone you barely know, I can say from experience that Ally took such good care of our place that I feel comfortable enough to book her again without hesitation.
My wife and I loved her regular updates that kept us in the loop, and how she even managed to win over our dog who is naturally very suspicious of anyone new. Needless to say, Ally is going to be our first and only choice for any pet care bookings in the future. "

"Heidi is the best! She took care of our dog for 7 days while we were on business trip/vacation. She gives regular updates and is very responsive. Our dog has some behaviour issues but she was very patient and eventually was able to get the trust from our dog and proceeded with our dog’s routine. We will definitely work with Heidi again. "Yijun helped us with house sitting our two cats. They’re both very friendly but one of our cats usually becomes very moody when we go away, but he seemed to be just fine with Yijun. We received great updates from Yijun throughout the time, the cats seems very happy and healthy, plus the apartment was just as we left it!

"Lydia & Cez stayed in our home and looked after our Dalmatian 'Buddy' over Christmas / New Years and we could not be happier with how it worked out. In a case of bad timing, only 2 days after we left, Buddy developed an urgent medical condition (bladder stones) that required immediate surgery and Cez & Lydia dealt with it brilliantly including several trips to the vet and ongoing support for Buddy as he recovered from the surgery over the following couple of weeks. It was clear when we arrived home that Buddy had become very attached to Cez and Lydia and had been very comfortable with them. They also did a great job of looking after our house. I would definitely recommend them and will be checking their availability first next time we are planning a trip."

"Steve and Jen were fantastic looking after our two pups while we were away on vacation for a week. Our two dogs tend to be quite high energy and are used to people being home with them on a regular basis, so finding a sitter that worked from home and spent a good amount of time with them was important.
We did a meet and greet with hem prior to leaving the dogs so they knew what they were getting in to and could check out the house. Good communication when we wanted/needed it and otherwise let us enjoy our vacation.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for others and already have another stay booked with them for upcoming travel.
