"This was our second time boarding Bisous with Jenny and she did well. Every walk, activity and meal was updated to us via photos which we appreciated to a great extent. Her updates put our worries at ease when we were traveling many miles away. She endured and learned to cope with Bisous’ stubbornness and typical shiba behaviour (i.e. not wanting to walk sometimes or wanting to go in her own directions). She’s accommodating with timings too. Definitely recommend. Thank you Jenny! 😄"

"Lilian was fantastic! The best pet sitter I’ve found for Biscuit. She’s really attentive and gave him so much love when he stayed over with her. "Irad is a meticulous and responsible cat sitter. Placed my 2 cats - Mimi and Mochi with him when we are overseas. Travelled with a peace of mind when we know our furbabies are well taken care of! "Thanks Clara for your attentive care given to Button. It was a wonderful and assuring experience for both Button and me. Clara walked Button in the evening and also taught him some commands like “love” using his little nose to touch the cheek. This was amazing as Button knows how to do it with me too. Clara also sent photos and updates of Button so that I could have a peace of mind when I was overseas. I will definitely engage Clara’s help in the future again. "I was going overseas and Ginger was unwell. I needed someone to take care of him while I was away and Heni has done a very good job!
She gave ginger a very spacious and comfortable room to sleep, play and bird watch in.
She invited me over to take a look at the room and assisted in setting up Ginger’s accommodation.
Heni made play time with Ginger fun and was punctual with his meal times. She went above and beyond and even checked the ingredients on his food and gave better alternatives.
I was given access to a 24/7 CCTV to check on my cat and his well being. Seeing how gentle Heni was when administering oral tablets and asthma inhaler to Ginger reassured me that she was an excellent caregiver.
She is very knowledgeable on cats and knows how to handle them very well.
I am grateful to have chanced upon Heni’s services and I know who to look for whenever I need a pet sitter! "

"Wendy, who's an experienced dog mom, went above and beyond to cater to my dog's needs. Even though it was Bailee's first boarding experience, Wendy ensured she stayed calm and content throughout. Wendy's regular updates and quick communication were much appreciated. As for the resident dog, Nacho, he's incredibly sweet and affectionate, making friends with both dogs and humans alike. Highly recommended!"

"I've placed my two little dogs (a Maltese & Maltipoo) under Rachel's care on multiple occasions, including boarding, and I couldn't be happier with the level of attention and care they received. Rachel, along with her helper, went above and beyond to ensure my pets felt comfortable and welcomed. Both of my doggos have separation anxiety, so having someone constantly present was a huge relief. Rachel provides regular video updates, for instance during feeding and playtime, which reassured me that genuine care and attention were given to my furkids.
Waffle is particularly picky when it comes to food and requires hand-feeding. Rachel willingly catered to this special requirement and also suggested alternative diets that Waffle now loves. She also fed them with homemade beef treats! Additionally, she noticed that their nails were overgrown and took the initiative to trim them, showing her attentiveness to my pets’ well-being. Despite my dogs not being fully housebroken, Rachel was understanding and patient, never making me feel like it was an inconvenience. Another aspect I appreciate is that she has her own furkids, so my dogs could interact with hers, creating a fun play environment during their stay.
We’re very grateful to Rachel, her flexibility and willingness to work with my pets' individual needs are truly commendable. Highly recommend Rachel as a pet sitter, especially if your furry friend has separation anxiety or specific feeding requirements!
