"Ce is really a terrific pet sitter! She is constantly updating me on captain’s activities and meal times. She is also very responsive and friendly. "Kim and team had taken excellent care of Flora during my last overseas trip.
Since our first conversation through the app, I felt they are passionate about dogs and have lots of experience with pet sitter services. Two weeks before boarding, we had a meet and greet session at their place to make sure Flora was comfortable with the environment and all family members. They allowed her to explore their place while we had a nice chat with tea together.
During Flora’s homestay, I received from them photos, tips for further training, and constant updates on her well being.
A particular situation was that her food was out of stock in Singapore before my trip. I was so worried that Flora couldn’t adapt to the new brand, but they kindly offered to visit pet stores and look for it. Although the food was still out of stock, they kindly got some cans from their friends which avoided stomach issues to Flora. They also gave her a shower before I picked her up, so she came back home smelling really good.
After check out, they also sent me a complete boarding summary rating topics that all dog owners are worried about: meals, exercise, sleep, toilet training, discipline, hand signals training, separation anxiety, illnesses.
So far, Flora has been to 5+ families for dog boarding and I can rest assure they were the best. They are thoughtful, responsible, responsive and extremely kind people. I strongly recommend their service for dog owners who wants to travel with piece of mind. I will definitely check their availability on my next trip :)

"Jasmine was amazing with our dog, Dhana! Her golden retriever, Whiskey, was super sweet and excited to welcome Dhana into their home. Jasmine kept Dhana entertained and made sure we felt at ease by sending us regular pictures and videos while we were away. She even gave Dhana a bath in Whiskey's custom shower stall, which was such a thoughtful touch. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!"

"We were very pleased on how Emily and her family took care of our dog Sophie. She sent us regular updates and videos to keep us at ease while we were on vacation. "Adella & Bastien are very thoughtful and caring dog sitters! My beloved furkid had some adjustment issue being new to home boarding and they are so patient and tender towards him, helping him to adjust and hence he could settle down so well! He came home well & happy! They are also very accepting towards my furkid as they have experience handling dogs who might show aggression. Adella makes lots of efforts to keep me posted with regular updates, photos and videos every day to assure me that my furkid was settling down so that I could have a peace of mind while away :)… they are really great :) and i strongly recommend them :) and I will surely send my furkid to them when i travel again:). "Clarabel is thoughtful and meticulous when she took care of my dog, Jojo, for 4 nights. She sent timely updates about Jojo, like how she’s playing with her dog, Miso, and how was Jojo eating, sleeping etc. She is an experienced dog owner and hence also took great care of Jojo. She gave us some of her kibbles for Jojo to try as Jojo really liked them. She also prepped meals for Jojo when she didn’t feel like having the dinner we prepared for her beforehand. Overall, Clarabel is a conscientious trustable sitter! :) "

"Thank you for the wonderful home away from home!
It was the first time for my dog to be away from home ever in his life. I was nervous and I couldn’t show that to my kids as they were freaking out and worried if something bad might happen to him.
When we met Evangelyn, all that went away in sn instant. We were relived and reassured. She was friendly and understanding of our worries and super sweet to our dog. I knew immediately my dog would be in good hands!
Indeed for one month in summer, Evangelyn took care of my dog like her own. She communicated with pictures and comments. She took my dog out, and had so fun together! She was more than just a boarder for my dog but my dogs caretaker and a friend!
If my dog could talk I’m sure he would say he loved being with Evangelyn. I’m 110% sure this won’t be the last time I’ll be sending my dog to her.
