"Siva & her family are more than wonderful, pet-loving people. My 17 year old papilon , Terrie,was feeling bad with eye infection and weak just the day before we left for a family holidays. It was just a blessing that we came across Siva through Pawshake because we knew through experience that those commercial pet- homes are just not right for Terrie. My first tele conversation with Siva already gave me that confidence that we have got a solution to not only house but to nurse our papilon while she wad still sick. Her home environment is great for pet dogs . Not only Siva was involved in caring for my pet but her family were also involved as they too have a pet dog that they really love.
They took and followed instruction well as Terrie was on medication for her eye. While we were away, Siva never fail to update us on the well- being of our sick Terrie. Each time she assured us that Terrie was improving and even started eating and drinking well again. It gave us much comfort .
When I returned to pick up Terrie 6 days later, she don’t seem keen to follow us home- it never happen before.
Siva, I want to let you know here that the past few days back home, Terrie has became active again, with good appetite and good spirit. I want to thank you and your family for your excellent care and service given. I will surely recommend you to all my friends that require such services for their pet.

"She is very patient with our Snr dog princess. Took good care and asked questions when there were issues. Glad my princess got adjusted to her though she was initially snappy towards Joz. Dog smelt great with her shower and importantly her eyes were well cared for in especially for Maltese🙏."

"Glad is a patient and caring sitter. My friend and I have been engaging his services for about a month now for both Riley and Snickers. He genuinely cares about dogs and pays extra care to their needs from dietary requirements, daily habits & needs. The dogs even get multiple walks daily and trips to the dog park where they get to socialize and play with the other dogs. What really makes me love placing the dogs there is that even his entire family loves them! My mind is at total ease whenever the dogs are under their care. There will always be someone around to watch over the dogs at home. I would definitely recommend Glad to those of you who are looking for a sitter for your doggos. I'm 100% sure they would be taken care of and loved by Glad and his whole family (even Hayley, their own family dog)!"

"I can't say enough good things about Matt as a dog sitter. From our initial communication before booking to updates throughout my dog's stay via WhatsApp with frequent photo and video updates, Matt's communication was exceptional. It was clear how happy my dog was under his care. Matt ensured my dog had solid walks, plenty of playtime and cuddles, and even provided homemade dog food for a small fee, which my dog loved. "Very happy to have found Isabel to board both my dogs (14 years old Shih Tzu and 9 years old Jack Russell) with. Initially I was worried that my dogs wouldn’t be able to adjust to a new environment but Isabel and her family were very gentle and made both my dogs feel comfortable. I could tell that they were happy to be at her place (especially my Jack Russell, getting more walks than usual. He loves it!). She took really good care of them - feeds, walks and clean them. I also received daily video/photo updates. Would highly recommend Isabel and will definitely board my dogs here again if needed! "

"Hilda is a fantastic dog sitter who is reliable. She is kind and loving towards my JJ. I can see that JJ had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay under her guidance and care. She posted many pics and videos to show how JJ was settling at her place. He really looked comfortable and happy. She asked me important questions to help her take care of JJ better. Her tender loving care and patience made JJ feel comfortable. JJ feels uncomfortable with strangers but i am surprised that he was fine with Hilda. I think he did not feel like he was in a different house and felt at home with her. In fact, he came back home looking satisfied and de-stressed after a staycation.
I would totally recommend 'Kind Hilda,' to anyone who needs a kind, loving and trust worthy person to take care of their darlings. It was my first time trying 'Pawshake,' and i was a little apprehensive about the quality of service offered, but i am very happy and will come back again. Thank you Pawshake and thank you Hilda!"

"Meena and her family looked after our senior golden retriever while we spent time with family overseas. We are so grateful to have found such a kind, caring and attentive dog sitter who made our Stella feel so at home. Throughout the stay, Meena kept us updated daily with photos and videos. We could see first hand how well Stella was being cared for.
We would highly recommend Meena - she has such a genuine love for dogs. And I could tell when I picked Stella up, just how much she loved her stay.

"I recently had the pleasure of having Mama Peggy pet sit my Shiba Inu, Xin Le, for three nights, and I couldn't be more delighted with her services. From the initial correspondence, she was incredibly professional and responsive. She arranged a meet and greet at her house to ensure that Xin Le would be comfortable with her and her home environment. During our chat, I was very impressed by her extensive knowledge of dog care. She even gave me some fantastic advice on organic food, which I adopted immediately.
Mama Peggy is truly a dog whisperer; she understands dog personalities exceptionally well. While I was away, she took excellent care of Xin Le, providing regular updates and photos of how he was doing each day. Her patient and pleasant demeanor made me feel very comfortable entrusting her with my furson.

"XuanEn/Sharon was great from the start till the end. Efficient and openness with communication, flexibility with timing, frequent updates. Socks recently started on some medication and Sharon was very understanding regarding the administering of the meds and the associated side effects like more frequent peeing (sorry sharon) She even pampered Socks with homecooked meat during her stay after checking w us if it's ok. "She is a dedicated pet sitter because:
-there is always someone in the house to take care of the dogs
-she makes sure that they get along well
- there is ample space in the house for the dogs to run around, and should some need to be separated, there are enough separate living spaces as well.
- She has a genuine love for the dogs that she takes care of, unlike some pet sitters who do it more for the money than for taking care of the doggies at all.
- she also provides multiple updates throughout your doge's stay over there.

"Meng Chiang is a very easy-going and kind person and treats my Shiba Inu very nice. He gives constant updates about my dog and put my mind at ease. He also sticks to recommended routine. The best thing I like about Meng Chiang is that there is only one dog in the house and my dog gets all the attention and care, with no fear of being bullied or bitten by other dogs.
