"We had a wonderful boarding experience with Kyler. It was the first time sending our 5 month old Cavapoo Leah for dog boarding and we were very concerned. It turned out Leah had an awesome time and was very well taken care. Kyler sent over photos several times a day and we could see Leah was having a great time there. "Siva & her family are more than wonderful, pet-loving people. My 17 year old papilon , Terrie,was feeling bad with eye infection and weak just the day before we left for a family holidays. It was just a blessing that we came across Siva through Pawshake because we knew through experience that those commercial pet- homes are just not right for Terrie. My first tele conversation with Siva already gave me that confidence that we have got a solution to not only house but to nurse our papilon while she wad still sick. Her home environment is great for pet dogs . Not only Siva was involved in caring for my pet but her family were also involved as they too have a pet dog that they really love.
They took and followed instruction well as Terrie was on medication for her eye. While we were away, Siva never fail to update us on the well- being of our sick Terrie. Each time she assured us that Terrie was improving and even started eating and drinking well again. It gave us much comfort .
When I returned to pick up Terrie 6 days later, she don’t seem keen to follow us home- it never happen before.
Siva, I want to let you know here that the past few days back home, Terrie has became active again, with good appetite and good spirit. I want to thank you and your family for your excellent care and service given. I will surely recommend you to all my friends that require such services for their pet.

"Very happy to have found Isabel to board both my dogs (14 years old Shih Tzu and 9 years old Jack Russell) with. Initially I was worried that my dogs wouldn’t be able to adjust to a new environment but Isabel and her family were very gentle and made both my dogs feel comfortable. I could tell that they were happy to be at her place (especially my Jack Russell, getting more walks than usual. He loves it!). She took really good care of them - feeds, walks and clean them. I also received daily video/photo updates. Would highly recommend Isabel and will definitely board my dogs here again if needed! "

"I can't say enough good things about Matt as a dog sitter. From our initial communication before booking to updates throughout my dog's stay via WhatsApp with frequent photo and video updates, Matt's communication was exceptional. It was clear how happy my dog was under his care. Matt ensured my dog had solid walks, plenty of playtime and cuddles, and even provided homemade dog food for a small fee, which my dog loved. His house is spacious and has a resort-like feel, providing a comfortable environment. Matt's fun personality and evident love for animals make him a standout choice. "Rachael & her family were very caring foster parents to our 1+ year old Golden Retriever, named Golden. At her house, which is big, Golden could run around to her heart content, at the front yard and at the back yard. The family lives in a lovely landed neighbourhood with lots & lots & lots of green spaces. The family cared for Golden very well & Golden is a happier & calmer dog when she returned home. I guess, Rachael's dog, Mr. Fletcher, also a Golden Retriever, but much older, imparted some calmness to our dog. She regularly updated us with photos & funny things about Golden, whether Golden's having her regular walks, eating, playing with Mr. Fletcher, or chilling/ resting with her fellow furry friend. I can tell that Rachael's kids also loved & cared for our Golden so much, especially the younger boy. It's a great decision to meet & pick Rachael's home as our Golden's temporary home, a staycation for her I would say. We could have our overseas holiday with peace in mind, knowing Golden is in a reliable hand. Highly recommending Rachael & her lovely family. :)"

"I recently had the pleasure of having Mama Peggy pet sit my Shiba Inu, Xin Le, for three nights, and I couldn't be more delighted with her services. From the initial correspondence, she was incredibly professional and responsive. She arranged a meet and greet at her house to ensure that Xin Le would be comfortable with her and her home environment. During our chat, I was very impressed by her extensive knowledge of dog care. She even gave me some fantastic advice on organic food, which I adopted immediately.
Mama Peggy is truly a dog whisperer; she understands dog personalities exceptionally well. While I was away, she took excellent care of Xin Le, providing regular updates and photos of how he was doing each day. Her patient and pleasant demeanor made me feel very comfortable entrusting her with my furson.

"Meng Chiang is a very easy-going and kind person and treats my Shiba Inu very nice. He gives constant updates about my dog and put my mind at ease. He also sticks to recommended routine. The best thing I like about Meng Chiang is that there is only one dog in the house and my dog gets all the attention and care, with no fear of being bullied or bitten by other dogs.
