"Kim and team had taken excellent care of Flora during my last overseas trip.
Since our first conversation through the app, I felt they are passionate about dogs and have lots of experience with pet sitter services. Two weeks before boarding, we had a meet and greet session at their place to make sure Flora was comfortable with the environment and all family members. They allowed her to explore their place while we had a nice chat with tea together.
During Flora’s homestay, I received from them photos, tips for further training, and constant updates on her well being.
A particular situation was that her food was out of stock in Singapore before my trip. I was so worried that Flora couldn’t adapt to the new brand, but they kindly offered to visit pet stores and look for it. Although the food was still out of stock, they kindly got some cans from their friends which avoided stomach issues to Flora. They also gave her a shower before I picked her up, so she came back home smelling really good.
After check out, they also sent me a complete boarding summary rating topics that all dog owners are worried about: meals, exercise, sleep, toilet training, discipline, hand signals training, separation anxiety, illnesses.
So far, Flora has been to 5+ families for dog boarding and I can rest assure they were the best. They are thoughtful, responsible, responsive and extremely kind people. I strongly recommend their service for dog owners who wants to travel with piece of mind. I will definitely check their availability on my next trip :)

"Jasmine was amazing with our dog, Dhana! Her golden retriever, Whiskey, was super sweet and excited to welcome Dhana into their home. Jasmine kept Dhana entertained and made sure we felt at ease by sending us regular pictures and videos while we were away. She even gave Dhana a bath in Whiskey's custom shower stall, which was such a thoughtful touch. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!"

"We were very pleased on how Emily and her family took care of our dog Sophie. She sent us regular updates and videos to keep us at ease while we were on vacation. "Adella & Bastien are very thoughtful and caring dog sitters! My beloved furkid had some adjustment issue being new to home boarding and they are so patient and tender towards him, helping him to adjust and hence he could settle down so well! He came home well & happy! They are also very accepting towards my furkid as they have experience handling dogs who might show aggression. Adella makes lots of efforts to keep me posted with regular updates, photos and videos every day to assure me that my furkid was settling down so that I could have a peace of mind while away :)… they are really great :) and i strongly recommend them :) and I will surely send my furkid to them when i travel again:). "Thank you for the wonderful home away from home!
It was the first time for my dog to be away from home ever in his life. I was nervous and I couldn’t show that to my kids as they were freaking out and worried if something bad might happen to him.
When we met Evangelyn, all that went away in sn instant. We were relived and reassured. She was friendly and understanding of our worries and super sweet to our dog. I knew immediately my dog would be in good hands!
Indeed for one month in summer, Evangelyn took care of my dog like her own. She communicated with pictures and comments. She took my dog out, and had so fun together! She was more than just a boarder for my dog but my dogs caretaker and a friend!
If my dog could talk I’m sure he would say he loved being with Evangelyn. I’m 110% sure this won’t be the last time I’ll be sending my dog to her.

"I sent my corgi for dog boarding with Agui recently. My family and I definitely felt fully satisfied and happy with the experience. She was really kind and patient during all meet and greet sessions towards our pet and showed love and care. She sent many picutres during the boarding too! When she came back Agui even gave us fruitful advice for taking care of our furry friend better and she even taught our dog a new trick! She brought our dog for walks multiple times daily and she also bathed, cut nails and combed our dog's fur. Highly recommend you to select Agui as your dog care taker. Overall Agui showed love care and patience to our pet and she'll very much take care of any other too! "

"We left Buddy with Megan for a long stay (20 days) and were extremely happy with how everything went. We chose Megan as a sitter because she has her own dogs and clearly knew what was involved with looking after dogs. She also looks after other dogs and so we knew that Buddy would not be bored and have plenty of company. Buddy was on a course of medication when we dropped him off which Megan diligently continued with. She also provided us with regular updates so we could see that Buddy was having a good time. We will certainly contact Megan again next time we need a sitter."

"Our French Bulldog stayed at IZ's house for over 10 days, and he almost forgot about us! Every photo and video that IZ shared let us know that he had an absolute blast. IZ let him sleep on his bed, and he had lots of friends (both dogs and humans) to play with. His helper was also very sweet and took great care of him. He came home looking clean and well-cared for. There was a time when our dog hurt himself and IZ took him to the hospital right away. Very caring and attentive!"

"Great attention to detail, with regular updates (based on your preference) and communication. Maple and Prateep took the time to understand my kiddo’s quirks and requirements. They definitely went out of their way to make him comfortable and happy, and most of all they looked after my kiddo with so much care and love, it was clear that he had a great time.
It is not always easy looking for people who gel well with mongrels but they definitely are because they’ve got such a big heart and patience.
In over 10 years of boarding my dogs, Maple and Prateep are the best we’ve ever had. They really are everything an owner could ask for. Can’t gatekeep such a great couple and experience. (Don’t let the small number of reviews deter you!)"
