"Yi Zhi and his family looked after Flora for 11 consecutive days during my holidays. He provided videos, photos and updates on her constantly. It was clear they treated her as a family member and showered her with love and affection. This was further proved when I saw how happy she was under their presence and how sad she became when we left their place, and she suddenly started to cry and tried to reach their condo’s door again. First time this lhappened for a pet sitter, and we have tried several times Pawshake before. Will definitely arrange for future home boarding services with this lovely family! "

"This is my first time boarding my dog and i engaged Olivia as my pet sitter after intensive research on the pet sitters available in this app. My experience with Olivia is superb and I am very pleased that I had made an excellent choice in engaging her as my pet sitter. My dog had gone blind recently and it is quite a challenge to care for a blind dog. However, Olivia is able to overcome the challenges and took great care of my dog. Her house is also very conductive and big which is great for dogs to roam around. She also has a dog which is friendly and gets along well with my dog. I receive daily updates from her via whatapps which puts a furkid parent boarding his or her pet at great ease. In addition, her mum and maid are also great dog lovers and helps out in taking great care of my dog. Her mum even give me some eye supplements & Barf for my dog to try as my dog have some skin problems as well. Olivia will also share her observations about your dog which you might have missed previously and give you useful advices on how to better care for your dog. In summary, if you find this review too longwinded, I would say she is highly recommended esp for first time furkid boarding your pet as she is reliable, take great care for your pets, has a great boarding environment and dog lovers family members. Will be my first choice pet sitter! Five Stars Grade!"

"Mishka's with JL for 3 nights and she was super sweet to her.
She kept me updated with her photos and videos and even cooked meat porridge for her when she refused to eat her kibbles. I will definitely reach out to her again for dog boarding service."

"Lin and Stefano were amazing! I got very regular updates including pictures and even videos. From talking with them you can easily see these are experienced dog owners and experienced dog sitters who know what they are doing. I felt at ease leaving my dog Yasmin with them even if I was half way around the world. Yasmin even had a doggy friend to play with which was a treat for her. Communication was quick and easy all the way from initial contact throughout the entire stay. I would contact Lin should I need a dog sitter again."

"As a first time user of this platform, trying to narrow down my options was no easy feat. In the end I decided upon engaging Kim. What can I say about Kim… she’s the complete package. Attention to detail, compassionate, responsive and a bubbly personality. You name it, she’s got it. "Diana & James were the perfect temporary Mom & Dad to our Golden Retriever puppy. They really treated our puppy as their own, showering her with tender love & care. They always give regular updates to us twice a day. Our Golden Retriever puppy lived comfortably at their residence without any sign of anxiety. They brought our puppy on walkies twice a day & took awesome photos & portraits. Our puppy is healthy throughout the stay. There was once they showered her, and she looked truly enjoying it. I wholeheartedly recommend their service.
And yes, they involved our puppy in their CNY 2024 bai nian as well. That was so so so cute. God bless to this kind family of Diana, James & their beautiful dog, Pepper.

My dog had a great experience with Nikki and Petrina and has built a good relationship with them. I can tell that she really likes going to their place and excitedly greets them upon sight which is so heartwarming to see.
My dog isn’t a “simple dog” as she has some health issues and personality quirks and takes a while to trust new people. But they both took the time to talk to me and learn about what my dog needed to be comfortable and feel safe and applied everything I said and read her cues and were able to develop a great relationship with her over time.
They took great care of my dog and were really dedicated and conscientious about everything that my dog required especially any thing relating to her health and personal preferences. They’re simply awesome and I know my dog is already missing them!"

"Momo (my furkid) had a great stay in Joanna’s place and well taken care of. Could tell Momo was not stress out like his last stay with another pet sitter. Also received daily update from Joanna of Momo even though I did not request for it. Joanna’s place is a landed house with a fenced garden and inside the house looks spacious so this will be great for the furkids to run around. Had peace of mind to leave Momo with Joanna and will certainly go back to her for his next staycation. "

"Josephine is absolutely wonderful! She was very communicative and very understanding of our situation. Bobby our dog, is partially blind and would get stuck very often and start barking at odd hours, Josephine did not complain once, yet she suggested some options we could consider to help bobby based of her past experience with a matter of similar caliber. She did her best to make sure bobby is much well taken care off and rested. We were able to take out mind off and relax thanks to josephine and her husband. They are really lifesavers and more then accommodating. I can tell they care for whomever’s pet they help sot for as they would their own. They’re wonderful people to have sit your dogs whilst you’re away.☺️"
