"Kim and team had taken excellent care of Flora during my last overseas trip.
Since our first conversation through the app, I felt they are passionate about dogs and have lots of experience with pet sitter services. Two weeks before boarding, we had a meet and greet session at their place to make sure Flora was comfortable with the environment and all family members. They allowed her to explore their place while we had a nice chat with tea together.
During Flora’s homestay, I received from them photos, tips for further training, and constant updates on her well being.
A particular situation was that her food was out of stock in Singapore before my trip. I was so worried that Flora couldn’t adapt to the new brand, but they kindly offered to visit pet stores and look for it. Although the food was still out of stock, they kindly got some cans from their friends which avoided stomach issues to Flora. They also gave her a shower before I picked her up, so she came back home smelling really good.
After check out, they also sent me a complete boarding summary rating topics that all dog owners are worried about: meals, exercise, sleep, toilet training, discipline, hand signals training, separation anxiety, illnesses.
So far, Flora has been to 5+ families for dog boarding and I can rest assure they were the best. They are thoughtful, responsible, responsive and extremely kind people. I strongly recommend their service for dog owners who wants to travel with piece of mind. I will definitely check their availability on my next trip :)

"We were very pleased on how Emily and her family took care of our dog Sophie. She sent us regular updates and videos to keep us at ease while we were on vacation. She is very passionate with pets and gave us a few tips and advice for our dog. We would definitely get her for future boarding services again!"

"Adella & Bastien are very thoughtful and caring dog sitters! My beloved furkid had some adjustment issue being new to home boarding and they are so patient and tender towards him, helping him to adjust and hence he could settle down so well! He came home well & happy! They are also very accepting towards my furkid as they have experience handling dogs who might show aggression. Adella makes lots of efforts to keep me posted with regular updates, photos and videos every day to assure me that my furkid was settling down so that I could have a peace of mind while away :)… they are really great :) and i strongly recommend them :) and I will surely send my furkid to them when i travel again:). "Clarabel is thoughtful and meticulous when she took care of my dog, Jojo, for 4 nights. She sent timely updates about Jojo, like how she’s playing with her dog, Miso, and how was Jojo eating, sleeping etc. She is an experienced dog owner and hence also took great care of Jojo. She gave us some of her kibbles for Jojo to try as Jojo really liked them. She also prepped meals for Jojo when she didn’t feel like having the dinner we prepared for her beforehand. Overall, Clarabel is a conscientious trustable sitter! :) "

"Lyne has been a great dogsitter, one of the better ones I have ever encountered! She will update everyday on the walks with photos and videos and how much my furkid has eaten. There will also be videos (cctv footage) on what my furkid is doing when at home . Her whole family is involved in taking care and that assures me full care is given. When it’s time to go home, it can be seen how my doggie misses the daughter and that they shared a great bond. My next trip is in June and it is comforting to know I have Lyne to rely on to take very good care of my furkid :) "
