"Chloe took amazing care of my dog and cat while I was away for a week. She sent photo/video updates everyday. I had never left my animals overnight by themselves and was a bit nervous. "Maicon is an outstanding dog walker and pet sitter! He’s incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and trustworthy, making him the perfect choice for our two young pups. "If you’re looking for dog walkers who truly go above and beyond, Kel and Sam are it! From the moment they met my Labradoodle, Casey, I could see how different their approach was. They didn’t just come in, grab the leash, and go - they took the time to bond with Casey, getting to know her quirks, energy levels, and favorite toys. Casey immediately took to them, and as a dog parent, that instant connection meant the world to me.
Kel and Sam’s personalities are a perfect blend of warmth and professionalism. Their attention to detail is remarkable - they always check in on Casey’s health, behavior, and mood, and even send regular updates with photos and videos, which reassures me that she’s having the best time.
What really sets them apart is their genuine love for animals. They’re not just doing this as a service - they truly care about every pet they work with. Kel shows so much patience to Casey, while Sam’s easy-going nature brings out the best in even the most anxious dog (my neighbour’s pup). "Tanny came to my aid at short notice as I had to leave for a trip after my pets arrived from uk. He did a great job walking Huey, my Shih Tzu, and had no issues handling him despite him being growly around big dogs (hehe small dog syndrome).
