"It was godsend that Wen Hao was available to help us with taking care of our dog. Our super last minute booking request, Wen Hao responded fast. Communication with him was great and easy. He not only accommodated to all our requests and he even did a wonderful and more than excellent job! Something that really amazed me was that my Shiba dog really love walking with him and she get very happy and excited each time Wen Hao came to bring her for walk. For the past 9 days walk, Wen Hao without fail will update us with video and photos on how the walk is, and how my dog behaves. although we have the habit to put on shoes for my dog, but because we didn’t want to trouble him, so we actually can do without. But Wen Hao is super nice and sweet, he actually offer to wear the shoes for her each time for walk, and because of that, my dog paws will not get dirty after the walk. He even help to clean my dog after the walk. Something we didn’t request for but he had make the extra effort to keep my dog clean. Not only he did extra effort for our dog, he also maintained good relationship with my parents! He will talked to them frequently when he picks up my dog from them. If walking ends early, he will also spend time playing games with my dog at home. All in all, we really appreciate Wen Hao’s effort and his time for these few days. We are really thankful and grateful to engage his service. Thank you Wen Hao!"

"It was great to have Safiah come and walk my dog Solo. She was really easy to communicate with even before the walk and accommodated to my last minute request. Even though we did not manage to have a meet before the dog walking, she was good with my chonky boy. She even took some photos to update me on the walk after the booking. Overall, it was a simple and great experience booking Safiah and I will engage her again in future. "

"Ziv displays a great sense of professionalism. I engaged him to walk my schnauzer but on the day itself, I have another 2 Samoyed n Ziv helped me walked them as well without additional charges. Really appreciate. From the way Ziv walked the 3 dogs, I can see he is a true dog lover. After walking the dogs, Ziv also cleaned them up by wiping their paws. Awesome!"
