"Beatriz was a type of sitter I've been looking for. She took care of my bunny as if he was hers (she used to have a bunny, too) spending lot of time talking, petting and playing with him even her home was quite far away.
It only took us a while via Pawshake.com to reach to agree as I originally asked her twice a day then she understood once a day and not everyday was also fine but we had frequent communication once connected via Whatsapp (more than necessary but for fun!) .
She gave me peace in my mind as only one of my regular sitter was available so that I had to leave with new sitters (total of 4 as a team) when we had meet and greet for her attentiveness, care and passion. My bunny was always waiting for her visit as he changes attitude depending on sitter and tells me during the video call if he likes the sitter or not. He was going around her which means he liked her a lot.
I'd definitely recommend her to any pet owner who looks for quality of care. Thank you so much!"

"Lyra is an amazing sitter. She is very communicative, kind, responsible, and sensible. This was the first time I left my two cats alone for more than 2 weeks. Initially, I was very worried, but after a few days, I felt completely at ease because I knew Lyra was taking very good care of my babies. My older one is a very shy cat. He came out of his cave after one week, and I could see he was very happy to be around Lyra. My little one is a cheeky and playful cat and he totally loved Lyra from day 1.
Lyra had made sure my cats were happy and she paid attention to their different personalities. She also sent me daily photos and videos and answered my questions. If I ever go away again, I will definitely ask Lyra to take care of my cats. She is the best and I can fully recommend her to any cat owners. "

"Ashley was so great taking to accept my last minute pet visit request. With no time for a meet & greet, she accepted video messages and our WhatApp messaging meant my fur ball was well looked after and I could do a short notice trip! I received photos and videos for each visit and when I got home, I was met with a content & happy chonk. "Bart took care of our Giorgio and Armani for 2 weeks while we were in Europe and he was great. We booked him for 2 visits a day and he sent us lots of pics and video. He has a cat himself so he treats yours as if these were his own. No doubt , we will use his services while we are still living in Singapore 🧡"

"It was lovely to see Tofu enjoying his time with Sam and Kel, and ofcourse their dog Hagen. They both did a meet and greet as well and were super accommodating. They kept me informed and also shared photos. The easiest and most comforting experience coming out of Pawshake. "

"Having Hykell over to care for our 2 pets while we were travelling was a great experience for us.
Although it was his first time on Pawshake he was superb!
He made us feel comfortable when we met with him before our travel and it was reassuring to know that Hykell understands Cats and their behaviour well since he has more than a few of his own : )
While we were away travelling Hykell would share multiple videos, pictures, also got into difficult spots where our cats hide while video-calling us which helped us be at peace knowing that they were doing fine.
During one of his visits, our cat had messed up the area outside the littler box.
Hykell was kind enough to clean up the whole space. He did beyond what was expected of him. He was thoughtful to water our plants and cleaned up our entire home so we could arrive at a clean house. All this without us asking for it.
Would love to get Hykell to sit our cats again in the future and highly recommend his services to others so they can have an equally good experience.

"We recently went away for 9 days and booked two home visits per day for our 11 year old cat Mozart who needs daily medication. Being our first time using an in-home cat sitting service, we were initially nervous, however we soon realised Mozart was in very good hands. Mins communication was excellent throughout and the daily updates, pictures and videos she sent gave us much peace of mind. It was lovely to see Mozart so happy and relaxed at home and enjoying his time with Min. I can highly recommend Min from Sayang Pets, and we will certainly be using her services again."
